Process

Become acquainted with the values of the CHM Fund and determine if the project for which a grant is being sought is in line with one or more of the values.

Review the Types of Grants and determine which one fits the project being applied for.

Determine which of the two granting cycles best serves your project.

Access the Letter of Inquiry, complete and submit.

The Executive Secretary will respond with further information in a timely manner.

If the Letter of Inquiry is approved, a link to the appropriate grant application form will be sent.

Submit the application within the chosen granting cycle.

Note: CHM Fund cannot pay for expenses incurred prior to a request being approved. Therefore, requested grant period must begin AFTER CHM Fund Board of Directors meet to consider the request. See Application Deadlines at www.cppsheritagemissionfund.org for the earliest date funds would be available.
